RV325 unable to access local resources

Recently purchased an RV325 for a home setup and I am having trouble accessing local resources.

I have a printer and a NAS on the local network, however I am not able to access them.

RV325 is set as a DHCP server and it doesn't give an IP to the NAS nor the printer. Laptops, phones gets an IP no problem.

I have tried disabling the firewall on the RV325 as well.

If I connect the NAS to my old router, everything works and I can access it no problem.

Is there any settings on the RV325 that blocks local traffic?
