Hi, I've been experiencing internet problems for 2 years and my ISP says that i'm the only person that has been having this issue. Furthermore, I did a tracer route and this is what I got

Does anyone understand whats happening? obviously, my ISP doesn't care to help me so I thought asking here would be a better idea.

Unfortunately this does not say too much. Request time out can happen for more then one reason. Basically ICMP is not a reliable way to perform test. Many device can refuse to response for security reason and then you get this result.
I did fight with ISP many times and it is always complicate prove their are wrong.
When possible, it is a good idea to have at least two ISPs.
Which kind of problem do you face?

Not always is possible but the best solution is try another ISP. Two years is too much time to experience problems.
Looks like we are talking about a home network, right? I mean, you must not have too many devices inside. Correct me if I am wrong. Then, there´s not much too verify.
I´d suggest two alternatives. Either pick up another ISP or open a ticket with your National Telecom Department. Must be someone looking for this kind of abuse.

Basically I'm having trouble while surfing/gaming the ping constantly goes very high and sometimes the internet just doesn't work at all for a couple of hours. this has been going on for 2 years and I decided to post my problem here and see what happens. any suggestion on where to start ?
