BGP re design

Hi

I currently need to re design our ISP connection into out core and WAN devices.

At the moment we have

1. 2 sites with 2 ISP devices connected to 2 separate Data Centres

2. 80 Wan devices 

3. ISP Devices run BGP VRF and are connected into ISP cloud

4  The current set up on the ISP has had numerous Ad-hoc changes and it would be a nightmare to track down these routes as a number of them are in VPN's to devices/organization world wide

I have to remove the current 3750 ISP devices and replace them. 

My issue is where do I start regarding the BGP re design

What problems are you experiencing with the existing design?

Are you adding any new links to the topology?

Can you share a topology diagram?
