Hello,
what exactly do you want to know ? How BGP neighbor relationships are established ? How BGP selects a path ?

Pate, this and your other recent questions are very broad. They are probably better addressed in something like Cisco's learning network (learningnetwork.cisco.com), or if you do some searching on the subject in question on the Internet and/or Cisco's main site.
These forums are more oriented to practical and/or actual operational networking.
For example, instead of asking how a BGP connection takes place, in general, you might have two BGP routers that you're having an issue getting to peer and that would be the typical kind of question you might post here.
Again, don't misunderstand, you can ask any question on these forums, but also again, these forums usually don't well address such broad open ended questions.
