If it seems to the problem on trunk. Try to reset this trunk at both ends. Else I think the issue here is the longer route seems to be the best route from the BPX perspective coz when a preferred route is configured on the shorter route, it works

pretty well but when a connection is created normally, the network chooses the longer route to build it. Maybe the Routing algorithm is mixed up here....

Interconnected via card OC-12 in both.

I have some interfaces OC-3 interconnected in such a way, however OC12- not.

you know some difference between configuration of CARDs OC12 for OC-3 ?

this can be the problem !!

my team it knows very of Cards OC3, however OC12- not.
