cisco 1841 two ISP redudancy problem

                   Hi

We have cisco 1841 router with two ISP . But we facing the problem whenever our secondary ISP Link goes down the Primary has also went down.

We have only one default route for primary Link

Can anyone give solution for this

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 125.17.21.229 //primary link route

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 ISP2_address 5// secondary link with bigger administrative distance
