Cisco ASA command line output taking 20-25 seconds to display output

Cisco ASA command line output taking 20-25 seconds to display command output and this is causing serious delays in processing the output by other servers from this device.

If I enter # show interface or 
#show run 

These commands are taking more than 25 seconds before the prompt(#) is returned. 

Here is the output of "show run aaa" command:

aaa authentication enable console LOCAL

aaa authentication ssh console LOCAL

aaa authentication serial console LOCAL

aaa authentication telnet console LOCAL

aaa authorization command LOCAL

aaa accounting serial console ISE

aaa accounting telnet console ISE

aaa accounting ssh console ISE

aaa accounting command ISE

aaa accounting enable console ISE

aaa authorization exec authentication-server auto-enable

aaa authentication login-history

  - Check the software version being used on the ASA and or upgrade to the latest advisory version for the particular ASA-model that you have => Check if that can help ,

aaa authorization command LOCAL <<- this command I think the issue' try remove it and check the time taken for command
