The issue is when you want to plug your PC to the Home Wireless router ? So, be ure to not use USB port on the PC...
Use the "automatic connextion type" to ensure to use the good cable and the good port.
If you hover the cursor over the camera, you probably will see that it supports only wireless and bluetooth. If you check on the device config you might get to the same conclusion.
I believe in the past Cisco had cameras with Ethernet port but it seems it not the case anymore.
