I going to buy ASR1001X with ipbase license.
Do I need to buy additional license to support VASI interfaces?

the latest IOS XE, 3.7.65, IP Base w/o crypto supports VASI on both the ASR1000-RP1 and RP2, so you don't need an additional license.
