{ DRDY ERR },{ UNC } and Error 096 on 1006-x router, while file coping

I got the below error while coping a OS file form hard disk to the standby hard disk on CICO 1006-x router, Can someone explain what this issues is and how to fix this. Suspecting this is hard disk issue,

Error 096 in res 41/40:08:18:20:00/00:00:00:00:00/40 Emask 0x409 (media error): This indicates a media error, which typically means there is an issue with the hard disk itself, such as bad sectors or a failing drive.

I tried to copy the files from remote server, but not alloing and giving the below error

            You will probably need to replace it ,
