hardcode on NM-1GE

Can you hardcode 100BaseTX / Full Duplex on a NM-1GE (3725 IOS 12.3.26)?...I am being told that Auto-Negoiate is the only option. Please advise. Thanks,

Hi,

NM-1GE is meant for Gigabit connection and is not backward compatible with fastethernet/ethernet.

speed/duplex cannot be changed in NM-1GE. This is expected.
