Can anyone help me in finding a managed 12-Port Gigabit SFP Standalone L3 Switch with 4 Combo 1000BASE-T Ports in Cisco.

Hi Alex,

I would suggest Cisco 3750X-12S-E catalyst switch

It comes with 24 and 48 10/100/1000 PoE+, non-PoE models, and 12 and 24 GE SFP port models
And four optional uplink network modules with GE or 10GE ports

   Is that a product description?.

    That could be a ws-c3750g-12s-s or 12s-e. If you need 1000Base-T ports, you could install the glc-t modules, or any other fiber glc module.
