How could I troubleshoot slow docker pull?

I'm a cloud service provider, I built the private cloud. One customer said they pull the docker slow. How should I do? I don't know what the destination is to traceroute like in the traditional network troubleshooting.

time docker pull yugabytedb/yugabyte:2.15.3.0-b231
