Attempting to update ios on my 2911 from 15.1(4)M4 to at least 15.5.3M10 to support 4G-Lte-vz card.
What is the process at obtaining a service contract do download this ios?

If a device is EOL, then why does Cisco allow the download of updated software? Kind of redundant to go through all the hassle just to find out you can't get it. Correct?
