I am trying to monitor network quality with ip sla monitoring, I have configured path-jitter monitor and trying to come up with some alerts unfortunately i couldnt understand how operation return code calculated;
ip sla 50
path-jitter 1.2.3.4 source-ip 1.1.1.1 num-packets 10 interval 1000 targetOnly
frequency 30
I want to monitor source to destination packet loss and if I am right above monitor should send 10 packets with a interval of 1 sec and do this every 30 sec.
lets assume that 3 out of 10 packets lost during operation then what will be the operation return code. is there any option that I can configure packet loss
threshold.
or is there another way to do this
