Management WLAN Controller 8540 when SSO is configured

Hi, i have configured two wlan controllers model 8540 for SSO, but when the redundancy started, i have losed the connection on the management interface's primary controller via HTTPS.

I can connect only via SSH or serial port.

Anyone can help me?

are you running release 8.2 or higher on both controllers ?
