Multicast Packets coming from the source but PING not working

Dear All,

Im currently using PIM sparse mode ( SSM ) and i have reach-ability among receivers and source.
By using show ip mroute count i can see packet count increasing time to time.

But im not getting any ping reply from receivers
Plz help
using 239.255.255.1

Hello

Could you please share the topology from the source to the receiver. Which IGMP version you are using? Have you defined the SSM group as 239.255.255.0/24
