not booting 3745 router

Hi

I have a 3745 router with CE Module

when I start power on , then after the message the router not boot. same result arise after without CE module also.

so what is the problem ?.

Make sure the memory module is seated properly. If memory had been confirmed, it is likely the IOS had been corrupted.

i replace the RAM slot but still sam eproblem and also IOS change.
