OSPF Path tuning

In the above topology how can we tune the path with condition that, from R1:- 192.168.10.0 network is reachable only through 10.1.1.6 and 4.4.4.1 network only through 10.1.1.2 ? All the links are in ospf area 0.

Are they all in the same area?

I prefer to play with the cost and make on of the path as preffered path and keep the 2nd path as redundant, instead of making only one path toward these networks
