I have doubts on sh ip ospf statistics command output, I have executed this command in one of our router and got below output.

While seeing the output delta, Intra, D-Intra, Sum, D-sum, Ext, D-Ext, Total and reson feilds. Not sure what is the meaning of these feilds and how would we know whether SPF calculation is happening frequently and which routes are getting flapped.
kindly share your inputs in this regard, appriciate any links to clarify these points.
