I am trying to configure OTV on the CSR1000v platform but all the examples I have come across on the googles is two CSR's connected back to back and have their connecting interfaces in the same subnet. But I am looking for how to do this when my datacenter to datacenter interconnect is a L3 MPLS.
So in this case I would create a lab where two CSRs are connected to essentially an ISP router, and I would peer BGP from each CSR to the ISP router and would have full Layer 3 connectivity back and forth.
So pretty sure this is possible since this is the purpose of OTV is to extend layer 2 for things like vmware. So how does the configuration work for this scenario?
