Protocol suggestion!

Hello Techies,

I need your help/suggestion which protocol is best suited for the attached topology.

I have 2 ISP connection. Primary internet connection is ISP1 and 2nd is for failover.

Scenario 1: If primary internet goes down traffic automatically shift on secondary WAN.

Scenario2: If any Router (R4, R5) goes down traffic disperse on both side.

i do not understand what you are trying to say? i am a new learner and asking for your help/suggestion.

Where is the attached topology?

PFA.

Local networks also needs to communicate with each other. Only traffic destined to internet will forward to the internet.

Kindly show us what you've done so far.  

So at least we know where to guide you.  

Unless, the objective of this thread is to provide the answers.

there are actually two routing here, 
one between your edge routers and ISP's
other between your network router.

OSPF with 3 Areas?

no need Area 0 for all router is enough IF you config other than Static route with ISP then you need to add more than one Area (keep your internal network hidden from ISP router).
Do lab and test config.

i have configured the in the same area 0 but getting 2 DR and BDR.

area is not relate to DR/BDR, if you use Ethernet Link and use broadcast as ospf network you will get DR/BDR for each link.

is it good or bad? will they effect the network? how can we improve our network with less overhead?

are you network as you share above ? is there any SW router connect to it?
I will share small lab to explain this point
