We are planned to upgrade our ILL bandwidth to around 600Mbps.
Whether Cisco ISR 4451 router support the above mentioned bandwidth.
Any other alternate models

600 Mbps duplex?
The 4451 is capped at either 1 Gbps or 2 Gbps aggregate throughput. Which depends on whether the performance license has been installed.
If your 600 Mbps is duplex, you may need the 2 Gbps license, but if your normal usage doesn't go beyond gig, aggregate, you wouldn't need the additional license.
