Software to network monitoring

I am looking for a program to monitoring WAN equiments by windows platform, can anyone help me about it?

There are several, each having their own merits.

Having used Solarwinds, I would recommend this but this is just my opinion.

I use SNMPc software to remotely monitor over 400 routers and switches over 60 sites.
