Hello,

the RIP on your France router is misconfigured. Remove the passive interface statements:

France#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
France(config)#router rip
France(config-router)#no passive-interface gigabitEthernet 0/1
France(config-router)#no passive-interface serial 0/0/0
France(config-router)#end
