Wan without bgp

I have two Wan circuit, we didn't run bgp on the gateway, we only run ospf, so how to configure the gateway active/standby failover? Thanks

setting the ospf cost to very high both ends will make one of the links less preferred in same ospf area
if the metrics and cost match on each link you can have active /active by default with ospf
