Hi,

I have an account to register devices that will form the sdwan fabric, can I add another account to access with other permissions and not give my original access account?

Thanks a lot !

Ciro Gustavo Mele.

Hi,

create virtual account within your smart account. Add devices to that virtual account.

Another identity (personal, company) should have his/their own Cisco account. They can request to manage (at some level or full) your virtual account. If you allow, they will have access to your virtual account which contains SD-WAN devices.

In this case, you don't need to give your original username/password (where your smart account) to anybody.

You may get support from licensing team, if you face an issue.

Sorry, you need management in self-service portal. It has role based access option. Below is the respective section from entire "Cisco SD-WAN Self-Service Portal Configuration Guide" (on the left side, there are other sections). Smart account/ Virtual account is also related to it.
