I was just wondering if a multicast source is supported at a site without an RP and the RP/Reciever is at another site?
I've managed to get it working with an RP/source on same site with joins from other sites. It could be I'm doing something wrong but wanted to check that is even supported after reading the docs I'm not certain.
Edit: SSM works fine. I would expect the router connected to the source at the site without RP to register to the RP on other site through encapsulated message at least.
