Feature Overview

Cisco Secure Access Multi-Org is now generally available, enabling large enterprise customers to manage multiple organizations through a unified, integrated experience within the Security Cloud Control (SCC) platform. The feature introduces capabilities to manage multiple organizations from a single user interface, central access and license management capabilities. The integration with Security Cloud Control provides simplified provisioning and integration with other Cisco security products.

 Packaging and Licensing

The MultiOrg feature is included as part of the current Cisco Secure Access packages. There are no additional costs associated with this feature. Importantly, the MultiOrg feature must be enabled and provisioned through the Security Cloud Control (SCC) platform, which provides centralized management and provisioning capabilities for Secure Access and other Cisco security products.

 Key Benefits

Centralized Organization Management: Enables customers to manage multiple organizations from a single interface, simplifying administration and providing a unified view across all organizations. Reduces complexity and operational overhead for managing multiple security environments.

Central Access and License Management: Allows management of entitlements and licenses for multiple organizations from one central location. It also supports access management for administrators across these organizations, streamlining control and reducing complexity.

Central Reporting Overview: Provides an overview dashboard that displays real-time traffic, data transfer, and security event information for all organizations in one place. This centralized reporting helps monitor security posture and usage details efficiently.

Integrated Security Cloud Control (SCC) Experience: Offers flexibility in provisioning and managing multiple products through a single user interface. SCC centralizes management of Cisco Secure Firewall, Secure Access, Secure Workload, and other security products, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.

 Getting Started

To deploy and onboard the MultiOrg feature with Cisco Secure Access, please follow these key steps:

  • Onboarding and Provisioning via Security Cloud Control (SCC): Security Cloud Control is the standard platform for onboarding and provisioning MultiOrg. All deployment activities must be performed through SCC, which provides a centralized and integrated management experience for multiple organizations and subscriptions.
  • Enabling MultiOrg on Secure Access Subscriptions: To enable the MultiOrg feature on a Secure Access subscription, a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) case must be opened. This process ensures proper activation and provisioning through the appropriate Cisco support channels.
  • Reference Documentation and FAQs: For detailed procedures and additional information, refer to the official Cisco documentation and FAQ resources related to Security Cloud Control and MultiOrg onboarding.
  • Central Reporting Overview Integration: Product-specific features, such as the Central Reporting Overview dashboard, are integrated into the SCC platform. This dashboard offers up-to-date traffic, data transfer, and security event information across all managed organizations, enabling consolidated monitoring and security insights.
