It's like typing a bypass code in Duo

Try to use Cisco Secure Access, log in to

Once you reach Duo,

"Enter the bypass code

Please enter the code from the IT help desk to verify that you are the one you are."
 
The message appears.
Until yesterday, the phone authentication was progressing smoothly, so is there a sudden change?

First, I'd like to use a bypass code.
If the user is forced to log in,
It is used to allow you to log in temporarily.

For example, a new employee received a laptop, but it has been a while since the kitting.
If the agent is not running the latest version,
Temporarily log in with a bypass code and connect to the network
A use case is expected to modernize the agent.

If you can log in as an administrator,
You will see the "Status of the account" and "How to track the log" on the Duo admin screen.


If there is a possibility of a service problem, I think you can check the condition below.
