While restoring the backup of stealthwatch (SNA) to a new device, the new appliances (collector, sensor etc) serial numbers are different. Will the restore work in this case.

for all folks out there. Config retore to SNA device cannot be done by end-user from the GUI. There is no option in GUI to restore.
We reached out to the TAC for this, the only available option (version 7.5.0 & 7.5.1) as of now is - TAC can restore the backups from the Secure CLI.
Secure CLI is not available for end-users. Only TAC can access this.

Apologies for the late response. The restore will work providing the new appliance is running the same version of Secure Network Analytics.
