FC root password reset

is there a way to reset the root account password for StealthWatch flow collector?

Hi BB,

as per to my check password reset option was disabled. i did system factory reset.

after the factory reset i was able to connect the Flow sensors and exporters, but still i have an issue between the SMC and FC. from the SMC there is an alarms "Flow Collector Management channel down", however i imported all certificates again to the FC.

any idea?
