Stealthwatch SLIC channel down alarm

Hi. 

My customer using stealthwatch vm.

But today morning, the slic channel down alarm is working.

Why did alarm on?

Please answer my question.

Same problem here. Getting system alarm e-mail multiple times today.

Condition:

    Type:                              SLIC Channel Down

    Severity:                         Major

    Description:                  

    Details:                           Unable to connect to the SLIC. Verify the SMC has Internet access and the SLIC feed key is valid.

Please contact the Support team. They will clarify what is happened.

This alarm is triggered by several conditions.

- Internet communication to SLIC server from SMC is down (TCP/443, Proxy)

- DNS issue (SMC can't resolve SLIC server's IP)

- SMC system defect

- SLIC Server down
