We've recently updated to Stealthwatch v7.1.2 are we're currently trying to activate the CTR integration using the below guide.

However it points at a Threat Response Integration Menu which we don't have available to us when logged in with the master admin account.
Is there something else that needs to be enabled or an app installed to get this up and running? We have all the available apps from the licensing portal installed and Cognitive Threat Analytics is enabled. All the latest patch rollups are installed too.
