Anyone knows the Secure Malware analytics (ThreatGrid) cloud license can be applied in SMA M6 hardware appliance. Attaching screenshot below;

No, these licenses do not allow for an either-or application. Customers will often purchase both, but they are not portable. Cloud-user (TG-CL-SUB) licenses are useful when you want to manually submit, make use of globally available threat intelligence, or go further than the static reports in integrated tools (Secure Endpoint, Email, Firewall, etc.). The TG-M6-BUN licenses allow an appliance to provide those organizations with local data sovereignty or higher volume needs than the cloud is suited for.
Hope this helps!

thank you, as per the IT person the license are available in cisco EA portal. Where in EA portal to check whether these license are in place. Hardware is SMA M6.
I understand the CL licenses shown in screenshot is not compatible with M6 hardware appliance.
Without the license is there any functionality that works in the appliance?

I don't spend a ton of time in the EA portal, but these training VoDs might be super helpful in answering your questions: https://video.cisco.com/category/videos/enterprise-agreement_
