Enabling Cognitive Threat Analytics in 7.4.1

Hello team, 

I dont see an option to enable Cognitive Threat Analytics in 7.4.1 , is this function disabled or changed in that version?

we figured it out. In 7.4.1 you must have data store configured to turn on Analitis AKA - Cognitive Thread Analytics.
