ESA REST API - PHP library

Hi, I created PHP library to fetch data from ESA by using REST API and display it on the custom web page.

This is first (alpha) version - many features are already supported but some are still missing (see comment in esa_rest_api.php file).

Feel free to send feedback if you find the library useful and if you have any feature request. :)

You have to enable REST API - please follow instruction in this document: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/security/esa/esa9-0/ESA_API_1-0_Getting_Started_Guide.pdf

To get this thing working you have to set correct values in esa_config.php at least.
