Core issue
The Cisco Clean Access (CCA) server caches last user login for web portal and the next user is not prompted for a login again.
Resolution
Complete these steps in order to resolve this issue:
- Login to Cisco Clean Access Manager (CAM).
- Choose Device Management > Clean Access > General Setup > Web Login. Drop the user role box down to the user roles into which your users drop.
- Make sure the Require Users to be Certified at Every Web Login checkbox is checked.
- Make sure that if you drop the OS box from ALL to WINDOWS ALL that the Use ALL settings for the WINDOWS OS is selected.
