Adds CoA bounce and terminate for HPE Switches. To use this before importing the profile you will need to go through following steps:

1. Login to ISE GUI as admin

2. Go to Policy > Policy Elements > Dictionary

3. On the left pane expand System > RADIUS > RADIUS Vendors then select HP

4. On the right pane click on Dictionary Attributes

5. Click on Add

6. Enter following information (Attribute Name is case sensitive and should be entered exactly as shown below)

- Attribute Name: HP-Port-Bounce-Host

- Data Type: UINT32

- Direction: BOTH

- ID: 23

7. Click Save

Tried to import, and got a Failed to create NAD profile due to validation failure

I have added additional instructions. The NAD Profile XML calls upon the dictionary item that doesn't exist on default HP RADIUS dictionary. Once created, the import will work.
