The Nessus Connector is a perl script that runs on an external host and imports vulnerability data from Nessus 4.2 and later into the Defense Center. It imports the mapping between IP addresses and vulnerabilities and sends this data to the Defense Center so it can be used for Impact Flag correlation and RNA Recommended Rules.
The Nessus connector can run on any external host, including the Nessus host itself. It can also run on a variety of operating systems including Windows, Unix/Linux, and Mac OS X.

University of Winnipeg repository no longer exists. Required versions of libs not provided. Connector does not seem to work with libs compiled from CPAN or collected from other repos.
It would be great if someone would be kind enough to take the time to write an updated version of this connector.

Hi, I just released "Nessus report upload tool for Host Input API"
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12305426/nessus-report-upload-tool-host-input-api
This package uses the current SDK so you should have fewer issues with it.

Hi,
to clarify is this script run on the FMC and directly imports into Network Map or it produces out which can be imported using nmimport?
Also will this work with Tenable.io?
Thanks,
Francesco
