Umbrella's Tenant Controls setting lets you control identity access to software as a service (SaaS) applications in the cloud. When configured, identity access is limited to only those resources approved for your organization. The end result is that your organization is protected and secure when accessing resources in the cloud that are running on shared domain names.
You can add a Tenant Controls setting for the following cloud-based applications and suites:
- Microsoft 365
- Google G Suite
- Slack
- Dropbox.
Requirements:
- HTTPS Inspection must be enabled.
- Full admin access to the Umbrella dashboard.
The following data is required to configure Tenant Controls and allow access to cloud-based applications and suites:
- Microsoft 365—Tenant Domain and Tenant Directory ID.
- Google G Suite—Domains.
- Slack—Workspace ID.
- Dropbox— Team Name and Team ID.
Note: Tenant Control settings are available only for the Web policy.
