Core issue

Choose Device Management > CCA Servers > Authentication >  Windows Authentication > Account Password for CAS.

Resolution

The following  are the requirements to be kept in mind when configuring  the Active Directory password:

  • There is no limitation on number of characters of the password.
  • The password can contain all the numeric, alphanumeric and special characters.
  • The password is CASE SENSITIVE.
