I used Microsoft Subordinate Template, generated the digital certificate, but whe I try to upload back to vWSA I get the error: Certificate Not Valid Yet.

1. Certificate need to chain to intermittent certificate and Root Cert
2. Create server certificate use Subordinate CA template
