403 Forbidden using Customer Details CSAPI

Looks like a lot of other people have had this issue.

I'm able to generate a token, but attempting to use it when hitting the Customer Details API results in a 403 Forbidden.

I see references to support having to do something to sync mulesoft and cisco credentials - could someone please reach out to me and help get this sorted out?
