Support Case Manager Update!
Beginning October 10, you'll notice a simplified customer experience in the Support Case Manager. We've reduced the number of Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) case statuses that are shown.
The benefits of this simplification are Simpler, streamlined view with 6 case statuses instead of 14, Consistent naming and user experience across Cisco portals and Support Case Manager, Clear communication with Cisco. Take a look at the FAQ for more information.
