Hi Team,

I am trying to get bug information using api with bug id ex.https://api.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/bug_ids/CSCdr72939.

But i am getting not authorized message.

Step I flowed.

1, Got access to PSIRT openVuln API from API console

2, Using ID and Key login to https://cloudsso.cisco.com/as/token.oauth2

3, using the Json token tying to access https://api.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/bug_ids/CSCdr72939. here i am getting unauthorized message. But the same time am able access "https://api.cisco.com/security/advisories/cve/CVE-2019-15262" and get all the details.

Please let me know is there any specific api access for search with bugid ?

Did you find a solution to get into the Bug API?

Change your HTTPS request to APIX

EX: https://apix.cisco.com/bug/v2.0/bugs/bug_ids/CSCdr72939

I have had to send an email to supportapis-help@cisco.com to grant me access to the BUG v2.0 and v3.0 APIs, add those APIs to my Web App and then was able to query the URLs given in the docu.

Give them your CCO ID in the mail as well!
