ERR_403_DEVELOPER_INACTIVE

Hi,

I’m trying to access your support APIs to pull down EoX and other information for customers for whom we handle support.

I have registered the application, can get the Bearer token OK but when I try to access the support API I get a 403 error. The error in Postman is:

ERR_403_DEVELOPER_INACTIVE

Is something missing in the backend for me to access this?

@russ.carter  from https://developer.cisco.com/docs/support-apis/#!software-suggestion/error-codes it appears "The API key you are using to access the APIx proxy has not been approved or has been disabled"
