DNAC and Multi-site distributed ISE integration

Hello everyone,

I have a multi-site ISE deployment where PAN, MNT are installed at single location. Remaining 4 remote sites having 2 x PSN nodes and 2 x WLCs

We are planning to deploy 3-node DNAC cluster  at any one of four remote site.

As understood from CVDs, ISE will integrate with PAN for PxGrid

Questions:

1. Can we install DNAC cluster at any given remote site or is it mandatory to install in the same location of ISE PAN node?

2. We are planning for SD-Access as well, so latency would make any impact. The  latency will be approx 70-100ms at given period of time.

Hello. Physical location of DNAC and PAN is not a restriction. You have deduced correctly, latency is the thing we should be considering. This is documented the latest CVD, https://cs.co/sda-sdg . Best regards, Jerome
