SD-Access SSID vs non-fabric SSID

Is there is a specific reason why using the current network SSIDs are not recommended with Fabric Enable Wireless solution. I have heard it is recommended to use a brand new SSID for SD-Access solution. My customer would like to know why do we need to create new SSIDs and why we cant use the same SSIDs currently running in the legacy network

For Fabric enabled SSID, AP converts 802.11traffic to 802.3 and encapsulates it into VXLAN and send it to Fabric Edge for data plane processing. Only the wireless control plane is handled by Wireless Controller (WLC).

In a traditional SSID the wireless control and data plane is taken care by WLC.

Hence you need separate SSID for Fabric aware wireless network.
