Hi Community
I am trying to install the signed certificated (CRT) via vManage but I got an error message: Failed to retrieve device data: Not able to find any device for CSR common name. Where did I make the mistake? the CSR was generated and the CRT was generated to on our own PKI environment
Thank you,
Best regards

Just to add for another possible use case: If you are using a Windows Certification Authority to issue and manage your certificates I also encountered this error when first attempting to install the issued cert for the validator. I reissued the certificate using the "Web Server" template and the error was cleared and the certificate installed successfully.
